Alchemy is an extremely flexible application “out of the box”; users define:

• Document profile & index fields
• Database & folder structure
• User access & permissions for update & view operations
• Depending on modules selected, define the rules for document retention etc

Many of our Alchemy customers ask for modifications to suit their particular industry, these are often at the Capture stage such as specialist imaging procedures.
To mention one recent specific example, a request for a custom screen for integration with Outlook for capture of email summary details and charge codes for billing purposes.
